Battles:
Northern Ireland (2)
Vikings came in from Sea A, completely unapposed.
Between Seas B and C
The British had hoped to combine thier fleet before facing the Vikings, but the quick thinking of the Viking comand forced the British transport fleet into an almost even battle.
The Vikings gave specific orders to attack the transports, so i included them in the battle (the other ships trying to defend them also ofcourse).
Rolls:6,6,5,3,2 vs 6,6,5,1 then 4,3 vs 3
Britain has 2 surviving ships. i rolled dice to see which ones would survive.
Denmark (38)
Three Armies survived the Naval battle with the Vikings and landed in Denmark, which was defended by 2 armies.
Rolls: 5,4,3 vs 6,3
Province 10
The Spanish marched in unaposed.
Province 34
It might be a language barrier, but communication between the western allies seems completely non-existant. Both the Italians and the Spanish Attacked this undefended Russian (former Austrian) province. All the generals involved seemed to take it as a personal insult that they didnt get to fight any Russians and they charged eachother, the Spanish quickly wiping out the much smaller Italian army, but soffering some losses to a frenzied attack by the last few Italian units.
Rolls: Autobattle, Spaniards loose 1 army.
Province 41
The Italians invaded with half thier forces from 42 and were met by an equal number of Russian defenders. After a long and VERY even battle, the experience of the Italians finaly showed through and they were able to outlast the newly recruited Russian forces.
Rolls: 5,5,3,3 vs 4,4,3,1 then 4,1 vs 6,2 then 2 vs 3 then 5 vs 3
Province 43
Same exact scenario as in 41. This battle started much the same as the one to the north, but ended quicker due to a bold flanking manuever by the Italians.
Rolls: 5,4,1,1 vs 6,6,2,1 then 6,5 vs 4,3
when i rolled the 2 vs 2 hits AGAIN, that was just plain freaky
Province 47
The Carthigians invaded the last province of the Turks, knowing they couldnt afford to raise more armies. The Turks put up a valiant effort but could not overcome the numerical superiority of the Carthigians.
Rolls: 4,3,3,2,1 vs 5,5
Province 57
The Austrians finaly decided to hold their ground, but this time the Russians seemed to expect them to leave a vacant province again, and attacked with only 3 armies.
Rolls: 5,5,2,1 vs 6,3,3 then 5,4,2 vs 3
