I couldn't find any rules in this forum prohibiting this, so here it is. (And sorry if I violated any rules.)
The Gangs of New York Mod needs modders. I am not that experienced in C4 modding, but I do have a whole bunch of ideas and limited experience.
First off this mod, is not based on the movie, nor the time period of said movie.
It is a mod based on New York from 1900-1960 reguarding the mafia rule.
Here is the link to the thread, where you can find all (or most of) the ideas I would like to incorporate. (3rd post)
We need:
XML Editors
SDK Editors
Python Editors
Mapper
Graphics Editors (although most graphics are being contributed from third-party)
