Sorry, but there seems to be a small problem with savegames. i've got only one savegame (end of first turn), so i couldn't have made a mistake i think. I have sent another mail to romeothemonk.

When I get the Save file, Non of my units have moved, and Accelerated Production is on. This is highly illogical. I can send my played first turn around again and see how that does.

Senturus, be sure to "enter" at the end of your turn which prompts a wndow where you must choose "save and exit".

Do not try and save from within the game as normally done in SP games.

That could cause the pb you have. Otherwise it is just the same turn... again.

The problem was not with senturus. When I played my turn AP was already on.

Huh, I am mystified. I can resend my initial save. Or I can try to recreate the game, or we could ask LL to modify and send the start to me.

Senturus, you are sending the correct file?

RtM, is he sending the right one?

RtM, you are opening the correct one?

Because one possibility is that you have opened the file you sent to start the game by mistake ;p

Please check, both of you, just to make sure.

Other than that, I cant think of anything. If it ends up that yes it is the file, etc, then we will just have to start over :{

I have sent the correct file, because... i've got only one savegame. What else could this savegame be? I haven't started a new play. I played the savegame that i received.

AP production was on when i played my turn. (Rome and persia were building Oracle).

Oh haha, I just didnt bother to RF.

I use the govenors religiously, and I give builds with shift-right click, so I never really look at what is going on in there. Yeah, I know, this is not the best style, really screws me over in the long term, but whatever.

Senturus, how did you save the game for the next turn?

(sorry if these questions seem to be really stupid, but I dont know what to say... looks like my first attempt is a qualified mess ;p)

I have moved all my units, then press enter. Then "save&quit", senturus of carthaginians 345BC (that is, the second turn). I have sent this file to romeothemonk.

I have just re-open the save : it is "turn 0", rome and macedonians are building temple of artemis, AP production is on (colossus 10 turns), the names of the "chief" are right (romeothemonk, portuga, aeon...), and my save after playing is senturus of cartgainians 345 BC (the file i have sent to remeothemonk).

I really don't understand.
Did the game start with AP production off?

an idea : if a modification of the originals parametres has been made (AP production off), perhaps ALL players should have the same version of the conquest?

I emptied my boxes, but I still dont know why it bounced as it was pretty empty anyway. I will play and send on ;p

Aeon you have sent the file to me, but it is Portuga who is playing Persia. In your savegame the game asks me to enter a password for persia, and then, i'm playing persian. Rome(romeo)-->Macedonian(aeon)-->Persians(Portuga)-->Carthaginians(senturus) is the right order i think.

I hope that our problems aren't due to my french version of civilization, but it would be strange.
