Rex Tyrannus
280lbs of gross stupidity
We find God, more killin'
June, 1942
Mozaltav and such. It's June 1942 and Osaka just became a four-headed hydra.
Now our soldiers have many choices when asking a deity to take mercy on the souls of our enemies as they sink lifelessly beneath the waves. How thoughtfull. Continuing the battle of the ... er... potential cities, Roosey didn't do much IBT, except make it easier for us to strike our mighty vengence.
First off, three fighters knotch down the new battleship, so the enemy now has three half-healthy battleships. Within striking distance, we have three subs and one battleship, all healthy. A second battleship is close by. But first, I'll recon some fighters to make certain there are no more around the corner.
Nope, all's clear. Time for some more light-hearted, good-natured killin'! First up, the Yamato cleaves through battleship three of the Americans. Us: 3. US: 0. I next promote the submarine Revenge to flanking , but he's only at 21/24 health. His odds against BS4 are only 68%. Not strong enough. However, a healthy sub has 84% odds against him.
And BS4 is goes down by way of submarine. Us: 4. US: 0
BS5 is combat one and in coastal waters. Even a healthy sub has only 61% odds, so he'll have to wait until next turn before earning the privilege of dying by Japanese hands. I feel bad for him. He has to wait a whole month before joining his brothers in Merlin's realm.
I also promote our second battleship to combat I, more to heal him than anything.
On to July. To be continued...
