hey, there's a bug with BUG. if others are using older versions (particularly 2.11), it erases my 2.20 BUG ini file and doesn't save any changes unless i reinstall.

hey, there's a bug with BUG. if others are using older versions (particularly 2.11), it erases my 2.20 BUG ini file and doesn't save any changes unless i reinstall.
What did you do exactly to get this issue? What version where you using? What version did you move to?

Actually - strike all of that :gripe: I just don't care. If you are too [fill in suitable word here] to just trust us without backing up and / or other reasonable steps, then :goodjob:

In earnest, my consideration was this one:

At this point, I will like to submit the following proposal for consideration.

Since we have already settled 2 rings, I would say we more than complete our variant. As we are not allowed to have more than one pet at one time due to some unknown idiosyncracies in the game, we move on to next phase. We can keep any cities we want from this point on.

Even with this relaxation, it is hard enough. Sitting Bull has grown into a monster simply by feeding on dung of the elephant (that is us, by the way).

Without this relaxation, when we go for, say Sitting Bull, what will happen is Roosey would settle on SB's previous land and eventually break free. Then we have to fight him again.

I thought GreyFox had a point here.

finally, it didn't erase my Civ ini file (hat i back up), just the BUG ini file. this is the 2nd time it's happened, too.
Might be nice to be able to choose a stat to display on screen, such as the dom limits.

Yay us. See those production levels ... huge. Thanks guys for stepping in and helping me finish this game.

There is an alert for when you are approaching the dom limit. You can set the 'how close am I' level. If you set it to (say) 50%, then you will get warnings really early about the dom level.
 
i know that, and have it on. but, rather than having to watch the alerts scroll by (and if you have BUG, there's a bit), it would be nice to have it as an option to keep it onscreen, even triggered WHEN you get to that level you set in the BUG Options menu for the Dom limit.
 
wasn't this the game that only let us have 1 vassal at a time? Or am I thinking of a different game?
