Ruins in multiplayer

Which ruins are unique in multiplayer? (i.e. there is only one of them).

Also can barbarians take ruins?

Huh? There are no "unique" ruins in multiplayer...they're exactly the same (and what you get out of them) as in Singleplayer.
And also, as in Singleplayer, Barbs cannot get stuff out of Ruins.

If I get free culture can someone else also get free culture.

If I get free Mining can someone else also get free Mining. Etc.

Yes, even if you get a specific reward from an Ancient Ruin someone else can also get the same reward from another ruin. It's exactly like Singleplayer in that regard.
