Already have Elizebeth, Churchill and richard spent little time in England. Richard was off to the crusades and then held prisoner. I think George III would be better. I previously request George III for both America revolutionary era and Napoleonic era. I agree with Rommel, George III would be the best choice.

Second choice would be that you do two. George III and Victoria. That would cover from pre American revolution (French and Indian Wars) to the industrial age or 1734 to 1901.
