Running Civ 3 in a window

If there is a way, please post it quick, I'm dying and have been dying to find this out since I bought the game!!!

Civ3 is a full-screen game. No window.

If you need to access other programs, though, Alt-Tab works quite well. Civ3 is well-behaved in the Windows environment.
