runtime error in gmr game

hi im playing a hotseat game thru gmr and get this error while loading the save:

I can see it. It's a MS Visual C++ Runtime Libray error.

Says:
Program ...Civilization5_DX11.exe

yes... the game itself is fine, ponly in hotseat.. i tried with a different save from previous player then it loads, but I gets tuck with a password screen with a blacked out continue button... what`s the address of civ-support??

Theoretically here.
But you should first test if you can play a normal HotSeat game (means alone), or not.
In case of the former, then it's a GMR problem, and I'd then move this thread to the MP section, because the GMR guys are there.
