In my last game I was offered a reward that I already got for a quest associated with buildings. Like 100 turns after getting the third trade route thing, the game asked me what I wanted as a reward for the autoplant. But that's not a huge issue, as I believe the rewards doesn't stack up (didn't get 4 trade routes
