saved games: how delete ?

how can i delete previosly saved games ? i looked for a 'save' file in the civ3 and civ3 complete folders, and did a system search on 'civ', i can't find anything , yet: shouldn't there be a file/folder of all saved games ? thanks

You can eihter use CAII and delete them or use search for *.sav.

If you go through windows explorer (or whatever) you can usually find them in program files as...
firaxis/civ3/conquests/saves

That is as much as I remember

It can be very hard to find the save files for Civ. Best bet is to make sure you can veiw hidden files and then go in through explorer. I wouldn't both trying to 'find' the .sav files because they don't show up - at least not in Vista - or at least not for me. Once you find the save file and open it, you will find that is empty. Great. Click on veiw compatibility files and then they will appear and you can manage them as you wish.

If you want to email or post a save, what I have found best is to save the file to a folder on your desktop. For some reason you can't 'browse' or 'attach' a file out of the actual save folder (or at least I can't figure out how to make them visible).
