Saved map and I want to use another civ in the same starting location. Possible?

I have a game going with Babylon on a Pangaea map and I absolutely love my starting location. The only way for enemies to enter my territory is through hilly coastal tiles butted up against mountain ranges. I really want to restart a game using the same map, same starting location, but I want to use the Inca. Is this possible?

I couldn't find a way. I got a map with the FOY 6 tiles from my cap. Never could get it to settle near again. Epic start. I still have the file but can upload it here. Anyone know how?
