Würzburg's borders were expanded some (it only included 11 tiles before the change).
Wurzburg was only a very small state I believe, just the city and a small area around it. If anything, it should be set smaller. Its population is set high too...I'm pretty sure Baden and Württemburg were larger than Wurzburg, and larger than what you have listed as well.
African Minors probably should be larger.
