A 15c Longswordsman or dismounted knight from the Swabian Circle of the Holy Roman Empire. There are many coat of arms of the Swabian Circle on his coat.
This is a re-texture version of bernie14's HRE Longswordsman, new texture is taken from The Italian Wars which is a Medieval 2 Total War mod made by Neadal.

What Nutty said, and also switch the top left dropdown to StateMachine to put the model into "rest" position. You can sample Animgraphs using the Asset Viewer as well.
