Hi all,
Have been suffering screen flicker / jumping on CIV V and cant put up with it anymore.
The screens sort of jumps every few seconds in both direct X 9 and 10 modes, also my graphic card fans run really fast making too much noise for others in the front room.
Any Help would be much appreciated.
i7 CPU 12 gig Ram, 64 bit home vista, ATI Radeon HD 4870 graphics
