Its a pretty fun game although it suffers badly from too much to pay attention too and manage (you get invaded on multiple fronts, cities are pretty self-reliant thankfully) once you get to be a decent size.

Yeah at beginning the fronts were more nasty, but as soon as I got bigger, probs lessened, as Im now a decent size like the historical size of Macedonia was

and Im also on easy difficulty having no Athenian Naval invasions to homeland

Yeah the Athenian navy was a huge PITA. I bought the Gold Version for the $10 upgrade but haven't downloaded it yet, I will soon though. (I got the original on Steam for $3 in December).

I got the german full version GoldBeta 1.5.1 rev and cost 40 Euro but now it got cheaper to 25euro, but cannot upgrade it with origin english patches to version 1.5.3, becuz Longbowgames and german publisher obviously dont work much together at moment to make also german upgrade
well Ill see, since I only got one crush sofar and game is funny I still can wait for any upgrades of german version or I switch to origin english version, Ill see

Might have posted this before: Old CivTown of Doom. Nice to build on a cramped mountain. This shot you can see the entire mountain, some of the buildings on top and part of the railroad snaking through the outer wall. Was a fun construction.

Is that Cobblestone? Different texture pack you have. I never looked at Civtown of Doom from that angle, now I finally understand the concept, haha.

Oh, no, I seem to have crashed into this gasoline pump.
Oh, no, police officers, please don't chase me.
Another gas pump game: find a good place to snipe from, wait for a gangster to walk in front of the gas station, and fire. Hilarity ensues.

I like how you can buy gas in that game, but I never, ever came close to actually running out of gas (if I could figure out how to tell with the car I was driving at all).
There's a gas gauge under the speedometer, but you'll probably only need it if you steal a car low on gas, or your car's gas tank is damaged by impact or gunfire, at which point it will leak to a certain level (near empty) until you repair it and refill the tank.
