Cardgae has excellent suggestions two of which (Sword of Damocles and Native Expansion) are available for both M&B and Warband. I've heard good things about Pendor. I don't have any experience with other SP mods for Warband though, but there are many good ones.
For multiplayer VikingR is excellent but mostly only has people playing on European servers and in Warband you can really tell the difference between a low and high ping its also a little bit more hardcore than singleplayer. Mount&Musket is fun (and definitely better than BattleGrounds 2 for Half-Life 2), but like the rest of the multiplayer Warband community you have to ignore the idiots constantly making polls to change the map, kick people or insulting each other's regiments (I've yet to see someone get creative about it either, the trolling is frequent but pathetic and is very easy to ignore).

Why would you mod the weapons from Doom? That was the coolest part about that game.

I've played though Doom II like 40 times so I played with a mod.
BTW if anyone wants to know where I got the mod or play online (Modded or unmodded) Check this source port http://www.skulltag.com/. Unfortunately you need to own the game first before you can play

I just leave fraps on the 10 second mark and then troll through hundreds of pictures to find these good ones, because I rarely get a good shot if I don't do that.

Good job helping your team, cardgame. Though next time, do be a bit more careful with your life. Especially when attacking in Rush or in Conquest mode.
Though I suppose most of that is due to less map knowledge. That will come with time.
Anyway, can someone here tell me what they use to make TF2 screenshots? I don't think mine (with the in-game F5 button function) are being created or viewed right.

Meh, its main problem is the wood texture. Its dark, depressing and ugly. I have yet to find a pack that is perfect, but Misha's HD one is so far one of the better ones and the one I keep ending up using. Each to their own but it doesn't make it any less dim.

Actually default's metal textures are pretty damn plain (and a little ugly). Though a LOT of texture packs utterly fail to have even a half-decent metal, glowstone, sponge or some other texture I forget.
