Screwed up DX11 button

i have windows 7 con nvidia gtx 260 dierctx 10 installed
i920 cpu 3gb ram
first the game crashed when load saved game then I tried with a new installation
now i can not play with directx 10/11
I tried installing it more times but always equal

why can not play with directx 10/11 ?

Steam is probably set to "Vista compatibility mode" Disabling that should enable DX10/11
