I played my first game on Prince. I found it too easy so I quit pretty early, but not before I spotted the thundering hordes of Scythians swarming those AI civs that I hadn't defeated myself. Okay. Fine. Moving on...
I started my 2nd game on Emperor, which is what I used to play Civ V at. The Scythians swept across the world like a plague of locusts, scouring entire nations from the map. Including mine. Alright. Fair enough. I bit off more than I could chew.
3rd game, just started last night, and ol' Teddy Roosevelt just to my north has already been obliterated by... I'll bet you can guess... the Scythians. Qin Shi Huang is next, with one city remaining.
Three games is a small sample size, and this could just be coincidence, but so far the AI has proved no match for the Scythians. She has simply whomped everything in her path, three games running.
I have neither played the Scythians nor gotten into a war with them (my Roman Legions are forming up for the inevitable confrontation), but is it too soon to say she's OP? The other AIs seem completely unable to handle her.
