Second Revolution mod

I'm currently Marcos and the ELZN, I love the soundtrack, but the amount of corporate communes amuses me (Silly silly bush)
 
Im glad you like it. i just played as rebels and took all of the USA over. every last bit. (then nuked canada, and it all when downhill from there :P )

I think the best way to win ideological victory would be playing as canada.

Also, when are we going to have a succession game for Second Rev?
 
The friequency of the usage of nuclear weapons is starting to alarm me.
 
it has always been a problem with the AI... very nuke happy. i think that a good way to avoid the nukes is to make peace at some point, at least with a portion of the enemy bloc.

I have a fantasy about making one for each inhabited continent. But i dont want to make a "whole world" map, i want a regional one for each continent.

i could probly get another mod out there, and it would be a "mod of a mod"

I certainly could use help, so im making a future projects thread in the Second Revolution Developers Sub-forum.

I can't find the sountrack credits. Some are very good and I want do d/l them. Do you have a list?
 
Hi Garret!

2 Things : First (a really annoying one) is that every turn Marcos and Comite ask me to change my idiology, i say no and it does't appear in the diplomacy that "u rejected to use our idiology" but they ask again and again every turn!!
Second is that few turns after the begining Rebels make peace with Bush and when u ask them for declare war again they say "we couldn't betray our close friends" LOL!! i think... if they are not all the time in war... at least several turns....

Yes, i need to work on the AI. Right now i think they have the same AI as diplomacy-enabled Barbarian Civ (the one with Sid Meiers as the Leaderhead :) ) they act the same way as that civ does, and i think i will modify the AI in the next update

I have been searching what's wrong in python for hours, and I think it's because the Leaders have no traits, no memory, etc...
 
hey guys. GREAT mod. absolutly love the cubans and zapistats (Spelling?) BUT...

i cant load any of my games. it freezes when it says "FINISHING" when its black. and, sometimes it freezes trying to start a game to. whats the problem. kinda dissapointing for such a great mod...:confused:

I get that error too. We havent been able to get a fix on it, but at least it is somewhat intermittent. My advice, until we can address this issue, is to do what i do and just reload the mod. Sometimes, it wont crash the PC and you can alt-tab or ctrl-alt-delete out and restart the program.

Does anyone else know what this might be or have skillz to help fix it?

I've been playing ur mood for a while, and i think that.. there are many many cities... specially in the north... Canada... and the part north of Alaska.... Greenland... there are many cities that i don't know... but... do they really exist?? like "Unalaska", in addition the cities of Canada are overcrowed... 40 of population... it gives for Canada an advantage... and Canada becomes to be the first country... i think is excessive.. but is just my opinion ;)
