I'm going to cancel NotW XII now. I'm just not as excited about doing it now, and am more interested in a RfMK II. So, consider it canceled.

Hm... I'm thinking that after IX is done, maybe we ought to take a break from NotW. I don't think X is going to be completely set up by the time IX is done, and I know that XIV won't be ready by the time XI is done. I'm thinking that I'll surrender the 10th slot to give me an opportunity to work on my next (non-NotW) game, and allow some time to settle the GM'ing schedule for the next few games.
I know we've all grown accustomed to NotW games following immediately after each other, but there was a fairly large gap between II and III, and many still consider that to be the best one.

One last question. We could either open up the summer NotW season with X, or we could open it up with my next non-NotW game (the PvP DD-ish one).
Edit: and if we opened it with my other game, then chances are we'd let someone else host another NotW while it ran.

Nope. I'm still ironing out the details. Not sure whether I want to have it be Strengths vs. Vulnerabilities or Strengths vs. Vulnerabilities and Defenses. Adding a third dimension might just be superfluous... as things stand, it's pretty close to a three way split between the probabilities of victory, defeat, and a tie.

You don't have to understand.
It'll just add an element of strategy in there for, say, trying to get a person killed by looking for someone that has the specific skills to defeat him.I'd be interested in the new game (non-NotW) to start.
