In the dawn of the Sixth Age, as the great empires of the Fifth slowly sink into the ash, as the once mighty rulers of grand domains are forced to rebuild from the crumbling remains of their new capitals, a solitary figure slinks through a ruined castle. He grins to himself. Finally, in this world of destruction, his plans can commence undisturbed...

Welcome, welcome, one and all, to my latest little experiment. While I did bring life to a few civilizations stitched together within the Fifth Age, I found my late arrival to be quite restrictive in the choices I could make in regards to my creations. In this new era of chaos and discord, I relish the experimental freedom!

Basically I'm going to make whatever civ I want while I have the chance ;) At this precise moment, I'm looking forward to beginning on the Netherlands after I have time to play through and truly grasp the game mechanics and code. I already have a fantastic artist working on the project, and the game unlocks for me in about half an hour, so it'll be great to get started!

After the Netherlands, I'm probably going to do slightly more obscure (as in, not likely to be added in the game with DLC/Expansions) civs, but time will tell, time will tell! Ahahahahahahahaha!

i hope you didn't need this part too.

I did not! I treat my pages with the delicate care of a surgeon, and know exactly how many pages I will need far ahead of time!

Nah, dude, it's absolutely fine ;)

soooo.... collab when?

Ahahahahahaha! While my laboratory equipment is not working properly [heaven forbid anything escapes], I still have the ability to do minor operations using nought but my sheer wit and guile! Witness: in this case I have transplanted the colours of the Fifth Age Netherlands inside the depths of Russia, only to test if the scheme is aesthetically pleasing with the Sixth Age system! Ahahahaha!

(Sidenote: Changing the colour scheme also automatically changes the dawn of man screen, which is pretty nifty in my opinion)

Holy hell. the colour scheme changes EVERY colour now? that's awesome.

Woa, that color scheme is sexy, how did you change it again?

Edit: Ok I found it. Thanks anyway.

How many more experiments will there be?
Philistine! Are you suggesting the experiments are going to stop? Oh, how I shall prove you wrong!

Immediately after the Netherlands, I plan to work on Indonesia under Sukarno, and we shall see from there! Ahahahahahahaha!

Ah, a budding young scientist! I am ashamed I could not be of assistance, but am impressed at your initiative in the field of code-trawling! :)

Haha thanks. I'm thinking about joining the mod community in CiV6 (after admiring so many great works done for CiV5). Probably try to tweak small things first.

the roleplay on this thread is too real.

I've been working very hard on the preliminary development of my latest creation! Now I must work and study, work and study, ah, the dreariness of unfamiliarity...

(Finished a Dutch design I'm happy with, now it's just a matter of getting comfortable with Civ 6's coding system and trying to crack the lua)
