Turn 0 (0 AD)
Here's how the cities are looking at the start of my turnset (I've just started using Requies' Special Domestic Advisor mod (
http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=145285):
Tweaked Beijing to grow much slower (we'd have unhappiness when it next grew) and started us converting to Christianity so that two cities get bonuses rather than one.
Turn 1 (20 AD)
Aaand we're off! And converted to Christianity too.
Beijing finishes: Library
Good Enough grows: 2
Started the Warrior moving back to the Barb city.
Turn 2 (40 AD)
Beijing begins: Christian Missionary
Going to use this to convert Good Enough to give it an extra culture burst.
Guangzhou's borders expand
Turn 3 (60 AD)
Tech learned: Sailing
Turn 4 (80 AD)
Research begun: Alphabet
Tech trading, here we come (I agree about wanting Metal Casting, but it'll take 30+ turns still, so Alphabet seemed a better bet. Dropped Research rate down to 60%, this lets us make a bit of money
Turn 5 (100 AD)
Start worker building road to hook up iron
Good Enough finishes: Obelisk
Yay! Culture!
Turn 6 (120 AD)
Good Enough begins: Barracks
Turn 7 (140 AD)
Fortified Warrior on Jungly Hill, to keep an eye on those barbs till we can get some real fighters over there (3 Archers! eek!)
Beijing finishes: Christian Missionary
Warrior defeats (0.72/2): Barbarian Archer
Turn 8 (160 AD)
Beijing begins: Horse Archer
Missionary starting to walk to Good Enough to spread our religion
Turn 9 (180 AD)
Warrior loses to: Barbarian Archer (3.00/3)
Warrior didn't last long

but cost them an Archer, at least.
Turn 10 (200 AD)
Haven't pressed enter on this one yet - all ready for the next person
Here's some screen shots of our glorious empire at the end of my turn set:
