Must be hard to count on those trotters ... try a fraction of a century in our case. And IIRC, we got the UN built before you did, meaning that in aspects of the game besides the diplo gambit ...

Yes, looks like they want somthing to stir their chokonut milk with! Will the earliest space still be later than the latest diplo? Time will tell (if the space folks finish!)
