I don't think so.
Greebley isn't very clear in his turnlog .
He didn't build an airport but an airfield (I looked into their save).
The leader (and settler) transport was probably by rebasing a helicopter.

This is correct. I built an Airfield. I often mix up similar words. Sorry about that.

I felt rebasing was a very powerful techniques . Units get to move 1/2 way across the map and they still have movement points to move with.
