Shared Religions?

What exactly triggers the Shared Religion status? Do all Cities need to have the same religion? Most? Just the Capitals? Or is based on individual followers?

My guess is that the criterion is the same as with WC world religion: a civ's religion would be the religion of a majority of their cities, and two civs with the same religion would get the tourism bonus.

Most of their cities. It has to be an actual majority—50% won't cut it.

Which means that if you want a culture victory, it is reccomended to be aggressive with your religion.
