In April, the Russian Bear has came down from the north. They expected for easy victory against us. However we have proved them wrong. We have, just in the past months, killed four fold their numbers. Eight enemy divisions whipped out! And many more will soon follow, Insha allah!

Over the next months, I wish for our country to be mobilized for the greater Jihad for the recapturing of the central Asian area. The infidels offer a “peace treaty”, hundreds of thousands of our fellow Muslims currently under their control. We must not lay down in silence!

We need to have more relationships in the world. We need to get away from having America speak for us and having a voice of our own. We can do this by having alliances with china and the FSSR

New Democracy Party
It is time for change in our country! We need to focus on building inside and As well working with our allies on the outside. There is still some work to be done on uniting all islands around us. As we see it those islands are being commanded by people oceans away and were they would be happier with a more central government.

Fascist Party
We had strong ties with our old mother Europe and we should build these again. This country may have been built by America but our people are from Europe and we must not forget this!

Democratic Socialist
We have lead this country through ups and downs. We have gotten results and have represented the people. We are the only party with true experience in leading this country. We are on the right track so why now change!

Imagine if you will Sicily was taken from your realm by another power. Then 2 decades later you wish to take control of the island back. Would this war would be illegal? NO! These lands was formerly part of the Soviet Federation before being illegally conquered in the Second World War. We ask only the return of what is ours. The Iranians have no right to these lands which are properly soviet. Their infiltration of these lands with thousands of foreign fighters is not the will of the people.

The Reforms of an Empire​

The Political System

By the order of Il Duce, The Italian Empire is to be disbanded, declared null and void, and replaced with a new, better system to serve the interests of all Italians. The new nation (La Repubblica Italiana di Stati di Fascista di Federated, The Italian Republic of Federated Fascist States, IRFFS) shall exist with all the lands of the previous, with all powers secured by the previous, and with all rights given to the previous. The Capital of the Federation will remain at Rome.

An executive office, elected by the Congresso, will have the ultimate authority within the Republic. Once in power, the Dirigente (The Leader, irl President) will have the complete authority of the armed forces (and the appointing of generals and staff), complete authority of diplomatic relations and foreign stances, complete authority to null anything passed by the Congresso or enact any law himself, the complete authority to take whatever measures to ensure the safety and security of the Repbulic, the complete authoirty to remove elected officials from power, and the power to head all espionge.

At the time of these reforms, Benito Mussolini Jnr will take the first post of Il Dirigente. Each Diriginte is limited to serve three- six year terms, assuming they win the reelection. Mussolini Jnr is also guranteed all three terms, assuming his health remains in good condition and he choices to take them. Otherwise, any canidate may be elected.**

A central congress for the Republic, hosted in Rome, will serve to guide the entire nation domestically during times of peace. This congress shall be made up of scaled elected representive system, with every million people a province has giving it one seat in the congress.

In addition to guiding the nation domestically, the congress will appoint the Il Dirigente when needed by a vote, with 3/4s of the vote needed for a canidate's victory to be considered legal. Also, the congress may vote to impeach the Dirigente if needed, with 3/4's of the bote needed to be considered legal.

Finally, within each province there shall be a smaller congress made up members elected from that province that will guide it domestically.

OOC: I see this point. However it is not very ... "realistic". Until elections are completed any ambassador cannot make ANY political promises. He`s the mouth, not the head of the state. It is up to the newly elected leaders (or campaigners) to make political statements. Thus if you wish to inform your allies about your intentions I would do that in forms of speeches or political programmes of the candidates, and not in ambasadorial speech.
