No, it counts as an example of a 3rd person console shooter. I liked RE4 on gamecube a whole lot.

Consoles give a small advantage with split-screen multiplayer, but that's about it. Mouse and keyboard setup wins every time though, can't think of any console shooter (bar Goldeneye) I've ever truly loved that wasn't on PC.

Yes some shooters have made successful conversions to consoles, or been made specially for consoles. But overall nearly all shooters are better on computers.
