Tons and tons of ad cookies that were erased.

Should I feel proud of myself? That there were so many cookies on my dad's compuer? It frightened me because I didn't know that there were so many accumlated.

When I first got AdAware it erased something as 1000 elements (files, registry entries) :crazyeye:

You know, I love SpyBot, and it's got some nice tools that I use, but i have never ever not once had Spybot clean up after adaware. Adaware usually gets it all, and cleans up after Spybot. Not that spybot isn't useful, cuz it's bad page blocker and immunization utils are great. . .but Adaware seems to clean more than SP.

Must be the sites I go to.

I ran Spybot and found some typical stuff that always is identified as problems (DSO Exploit, Alexa What's Related link) and also "eZula HotText" and "XXXdial Code Storage Database". And..."Windows Media Player Client ID" :hmm:

But hey look, my dad's computer had all the counter sextracker cookies (1-8, 10-15).

It feels nice to clean out your computer, doesn't it? I remember my first time with Ad Aware - WOW!!! lots of stuff. Too many month of Kazaa, then Imesh caught up with me . . .
