By Default when you close (not crashing) opera does it.You can do both in Firefox. it will also ask you if you want to restore the last session if your computer crashes or restarts or whatever.

A question for some of you gurus ... I've recently installed Firefox and have been playing around with it. And I see a lot of references to Add-Ons, Plug-ins, extensions, and helper apps. What is the difference between these 4 entities? Or are they just different names for the same thing? And what exactly are they or what do they do?
Add-Ons & Extensions are the same thing. They new add features to Firefox
