Since Help Files no longer work on Modern Windows OSs, what are the hotkeys for Debug mode?

MartinLuther... What "Modern Windows OS are you talking about?
I use Windows 8.1 Pro system 64.

The DEBUG Mode is Selected in Scenario Properties.
The "Hotkeys" in game with DEBIUG Mode are:

• "Shift + F1" - Select a unit to place on the map
  
  
• "$" - Adds 100 Gold
  
  
• At the City Screen: "a" - Adds 1 Population
  
  
• At the City Screen: "b" - Adds an improvement
  
  
• At the City Screen: "s" - Adds 100 Shields
  
  
• At the Science Advisor Screen: "Shift + Right-Click" researches the selected (clicked) tech
  
  
• At the Science Advisor Screen: "+" (or "=") researches all of the techs for the current era

I'm on Windows 10 and it doesn't work. I even tried to open the Help file manually and it gave me a webpage that essentially said, "we don't do that anymore."

A real shame to be honest.

MartinLuther... The "Help" located in the Biq is only for Help Topics concerning the Biq. The Help in "Windows is another area, so I do not understand the problem you are having concerning the Game.
