Single to Multi

Hi,
I was just wondering if there is any way to change a normal single player game into a multiplayer, turn based, game. I tried everything I could think of and nothing has worked. Is there a program that will do this?

As far as I know you can turn a multiplayer game in to a single game, but not a single in to multiplayer.
