dxdiag is the driver diagnosis tool that comes with windows.
click on start
click on run
type dxdiag
hit enter
in the program that opens click on save results
back here
click on go advanced below the quick reply box
click on manage attachments
attach the results file

both your operating system and the graphics driver are outdated.
Windows XP Service Pack 2 actually ran out of security support this week so you really should update to service pack 3
Also check the nvidia site for an updated graphics driver

Run windows update. Look in Control Panel for it.
did you update the graphics drivers?
is there any antivir software running in the background? or any other program that might interfere?
