I think there should be a "Follow this unit" option. So if you're moving a unit, like a missionary or a worker, you can have land unit like a warrior or a horseman follow that unit and protect it automatically. That would be nice

Definitely would be great for protecting early caravans/cargo ships from those filthy barbarians.

Yeah that'd work great! Especially as a fix for when sometimes you send two units to the same tile and they take different routes..
