Wouldn't even surprise me if we got Italy or Carthage as the last civ, next to Zulu, Celts/Scotland and Georgia. Ottomans and Inca's seems to be less and less likely. I'm especially concerned about the Inca's, since there is still no hint of them at all (the only hint is the possible mention of them in a certain article but that could have been a typo/mistake or whatever).
