Chanceller Jason Wiesenburg walked into the rom of all of his officers, and the Senate.
"Chanceller, you are herby elcted into the office of Germany. How do you feel?" The Senate chairman asked. Jason just looked at him, smiled, and rose his hand in the Nazi Salute.
"I feel like killing you!" The Chanceller yelled, and the doors burst open with German military personel, and the next minute everyone but the chanceller was on the floor...The 3rd Reich was born.

Hello, ally. Though many rumors have probably been around saying that the German Senate has been...destroyed, shall I say, it is not true. The brand new Senate, created after the last reich fell, has just resiegned and gave full power to me to run the country and get it back up to speed, and then they will return.
In the meantime, I would like to strengthen relations between our two nations. I give you a warm welcome to use any of Germanies numerous military bases at your own will, but expect the same gratitude from you in return (a ROP).

There seems a bit of confusion i must clear:
A barrel is a tank, they are one and the same. Barrel was the original term. You must research through the tree to get to the level at which you can make them.
Currently only Italy posseses that Technology and other than them only Mexico can research level 2 techs.
