I have a few questions about communism commual corruption if anyone can help me out:
First off, let me see if i understand how it works, commual corruption basically takes all the corruption and waste you would normally have under say, monarchy (maybe a little better) and simply averages it out between all the cities,, instead of the normal close cities having little corruption and far ones having a lot right?
Second, does this mean things like courthouses also affect only the overall corruption and not whats going on in the local city under communism? For example if i had a place under monarchy where the courthouse reduced corruption by 10 commerce, under communism would building the same courthouse instead reduce corruption in 10 cities by 1 commerce each instead? (a crude example i know, but is this the jist of it?)
Third, what does the forbidden palace do under communism? Ive been reading people say it affects the optimal number of cities or something like that, but im not quite sure what that means.
Fourth, a question not related to corruption. How much production do you get for forcing labor on citizens? Sacraficing a citizen gets you what 20 production or something? anyone know. And how long do people stay pissed at you for forcing labor on them? I know it makes them unhappy.
Lastly, anyone have any numbers on how much more effective epsionage missions are under communism?
Basically i like attacking civs, stealing tech, and beating down protestors with troops, so im trying to run a prosperous and efficient (well as effecient as possible under communism) empire. So any other tips on communism and managing commual corruption would help. Thanks.
