This greatly hurts the chances of new players though! And it will be nearly impossible for new cities to link into a center of trade, thereby hurting new players even more.
Also, does this mean everyone changes their orders THIS TURN, or will you provide an update, THEN everyone has to switch up the routes?
I understand how this helps you out, but it hurts newer players alot and stops us from catching up as quickly.

The average LP will drop DRASTICALLY after this change. As for orders, no. I just need the need trade routes that follow the rules. For the most part, orders ARE in and everything but trade has been calculated (including science). There are already existing CoTs to trade with in the area. Several. All it really means is that new players will get their cities sooner but trade centers later and will need to compete for trade and build trade leagues.

Because city costs were based on average total LPs.

Wait, why would they be trading with cities on the other side of India? That city is on the east side.
Because domestic routes were always automatically created and vague orders such as "Minor Trade with Saltshore" or "Minor Trade with India" resulted in me placing all routes fitting that criteria into the mix. Check Update 6's City List.

I is confused. Please just post a mini stats update, or explain better.
Oh, basically, all the LPs you invested into expansion, science, and into your cities are such are still there.
What I need now though is new trade routes.
Trade Centers
-Can trade with any city
-Can only have five trade routes (+1 for each new epoch)
Non-Trade Center Cities
-Can only trade with Trade Centers
