now were sure we cant do both at once?
we prebuild manhatten for 2 turns. then we go and build the final part.
mabey we can blast off while violins hail our cultural victory.
Note- I plan to lie on my back while painting the roof of my Statis Compartment. Does this seem farmiliar to anyone?

Well, this one IS a bit more specific. (only 2 choices), and since there was the possibility of getting both on the same turn, I just thought I'd post it.

Phoenix - If you go to the poll forum, you see that the favored opinion is to start the game on Sept. 1st.

SAaM and Chieftess - If you've ever played Civ3 before, you will have noted that you can only get one Victory screen at a time on your monitor. If you nobly launch on the "proposed" Cultural Victory date, you win by Spaceship. Why does everyone want to take the slacker AI win approach to a Victory?
