spaceship problem

I have a problem trying to launch the spaceship after completion. I can build the entire ship, but when I try to launch it, I cannot pull up the launch screen. I had the entire ship complete except for the party lounge. When I finished that, I did not get the ship screen. When I try and click on the "S" button on the bottom right part of the main screen, it doesn't work. Thoughts?

that happens when a civ won the game by cultural or diplomatic ect before you completed the spaceship.

In other words, after the game ends, ur not able to win by other victory types or the scores no longer exist. Of course u can continue the game but the score and the rest of the victory conditions are no longer avaible because the game is already over.
