- Tech Trading: Normal, No Tech Trading, No Tech Brokering
- Difficulty Level: Low (Noble/Prince), Medium (Monarch/Emperor), High (Immortal/Deity)
- Speed: Quick, Normal, Epic, Marathon

There was talk about quick speed but i feel that normal is more appropriate due to the whole speed units become obsolete otherwise. I have also left difficulty blank as this is highly dependent on the outcome of other facets of the game.
1 civ= monarch
2 civ= emperor
I think vassel states is a null point as no team is going to want to be a vassel but incase it gets set to AI better safe than sorry.
