Specialist question

When I add specialists in cities, sometimes there are yellow boxes outlining them. What does that mean? Ty

(Going from memory) They're 'forced' specialists - you have forced them onto the City Governor rather than them being a CPU decided choice. They work exactly the same as 'unboxed' specialists.

the difference is that you can force specialists while having automated title selection on. Basically you can run a city with the govenour of the city chosing what titles to work or you can chose yourself what titles to work. Specialists with boxes mean the govenour choses what titles to work while if they are unboxed the govenour wont make any more choices.
