Ok, I have never had any problems with Civ 3 Conquests until now. The other day I decided to play it and all my units were moving in super speed. It was if I had speed at high but there isn't even a setting for increased speed. For example, my battles lasted for about 2 seconds, one second they fought, the other second one of them was dead. All help is appreciated, thanks.

press ctrl and P (IIRC) for settings, you probably turned off animations.
I tried it and all the animation settings are on. Its like all the animations are moving in super speed. Its if the frame skip is 5 times higher than it should be.
I've also tried restarting the computer and reinstalling the game, the basic things.
Anyone got any ideas?

Just a wild guess: is the Caps-Lock key on, perhaps? Holding SHIFT speeds up the animations. The Caps-Lock key is like holding SHIFT down permanently. (It has caused some players grief in the past.)
I was going to suggest that as well, but he did say that he has rebooted and reinstalled, and is still seeing the same problem.
