i have no idea what to do for the others though (taxman, engineer and policeman)

for the cop i guess i could do either a skull or a vampire with a helmet on, like a guard

If a modern look is okay, the Engineer should be a skull with the regular engineer's helmet.

Hope you don't mind me posting these. I liked these popheads, but I thought that the vampire was too clearly a resized Vlad. Also, I wanted the citizens of death mages to be more common folk. Therefore I edited the vampire into a zombie/ghoul whatever.
