You plan on having both land and outerspace, correct? Outerspace is simply water tiles while the planets are landmasses? Are they small and surrounded by space? Are they continents? This will be a cool mapscript anyway you decide.

Anyway I won't be here for the next 4 days so no updates from now till monday atleast.
 
my one problem...

the first... like... 5 civs seem to have been worked on... IE - THEIR LEADER TRAITS... the rest have the exact same traits... i no this aint intentional... but... its annoying... please fix this in the next patch... it would be GREATLY apreciated by me and those i speak for... (my brother and all of my friends... we all love ur mod... :goodjob:)
 
The new version of this mod wont start for me. I would select load a mod, and then Star Wars (I am sure its the new one), It then says that it will need to restart to load the mod. then it exits and never loads anything. PLZ help...
 
It may help to download the Shortcut that someone (sorry, dont' remember who) created. I think it is in the last 5 or so pages. Then you can double click on the icon and go straight into the mod, instead of going throught the "restart Civ" thing.

Well I'm back now, and I'm going full speed towards getting another version. Just a heads up, we just reached 100,000 views, not a small number at all!

Do you have Civic categories yet Civmansam? (or new ones from the earlier versions of the mod)

but I'm a modeller in XSI, and I'd like to help you out with this mod ;) new models and animations etc. I'm modding Star Wars: Battlefront 2 as well, and therefore I also got some models... ;)
I'm 16 years old, work full-time (6:30 am it's up in the morning xD in your HOLLIDAYS xD) these 2 weeks :P and I live in Denmark; the fewest people knows where that is... haha

but nonetheless, I just need some introductions to mod this game, and I hope I can help you making this mod perfect ;)

Very nice mod!

But as I am a (graphics-)detail freak, there a too much for me to nag about.
I know these things take time, so I just want to say:

Keep up the wonderful work!


And a Q:
Any plans on making the map "Space" instead of "moon ground"?
Since all the cities are named after planets and moons it would be more logical to make the map a space map, and the water could be nebula's or something. The fish, clams etc could be asteroids and small moons :D
A thought on roads... guess you could make "trade routes" (roads) and "trade lanes" (railroad).

Any thoughts about this idea? (good/bad/shaddap)

EDIT: just thought of the poor workes :blush: irrigation, mining, etc... guess everything they do have to be altered :rolleyes:
