Took a look at them and showed them to Bjørn and he says they look low poly, however they come with some great textures so they might be worthwhile. But Bjørn will have final say on that when I give him the stuff.
 
hehe, that is the low poly version of the Daedalus I already have. I did not know he also did a low poly version. Nice guy though, almost always willing to share.

On the most recent Al-Kesh found and extracted by MarineCorps. It is rather low poly. It is not as nasty as the last one, and might be useable in a pinch.
I split the mesh to make the gun animatable. I applied sub-division to smooth out some of the more obvious flaws. I tweaked the textures slightly.

OMG is that the defiant?...

The ship looks great in game...on the "space" Im using...
and you should see it fighting your replicator cruiser...whoo hoo...I cant thank you enough...I am working on releasing a public beta now...without the Al'Kesh...1 or 2 more little fixes...and I gotta get space from TF(or however that works)....

Then everyone can get excited, because the Al'kesh is WIP I think (thanx to Marine Corps/Bjornlo for that)

Note: the Al'Kesh, and O'Neill are missing, and the terrain/pedia Icons need tweaking...but its fully playable...

edit} also, someone (I think it was quinzy) gave me a better anubis LH, and I lost it...can it get resent whoever you are?...its also not included

I'm not presently working on the Al-Kesh, and won't have time to for several weeks (2-3 or probably longer). I had to work all this weekend and most of the previous one, and by next weekend I'll have worked 18 out of the previous 19 days. I love deadlines. My schedule for next weekend is very very tight, and I have other projects I've been neglecting. I never said I was doing the Al Kesh, in fact I said I would not be promsing anything for now beyond being willing to look at and possible tweak the meshes to make sure they were ok and then convert it to any desired format.
I can turn over the updated meshes and updated textures to anyone that has the time. They are presently in 3ds, but I can convert them to any common format and even most less common ones.
 
I can give it a shot, but not for another week or so. Please email the mesh to me when it is updated.
 
Okay everyone for those of you who don’t already know I am working on another Stargate scenario which is based on Apophis hearing of Ra’s downfall and coming to claim Abydos for his own. Here is the Scenario Description:

Soon after hearing of Ra's downfall on Abydos, Apophis has came to Abydos to claim it as his own. Luckily Daniel was able to use the gate to dial Earth and inform them of this. The gate has been moved deep into Abydonian territory to keep it protected. General Hammond has sent several teams to set up several camps across Abydos. Apophis has landed 2 Hatak Motherships and has several Death Gliders and Jaffa searching the planet. Your mission is to protect Abydos from Apophis' attack.

Map

A 130 x 130 map of complete desert. Apophis starts in the middle with one city. (This is the pyramid that the gate was kept in) The Abydonians have several cities to the north of this. Tau’ri starts with 7 cities spread across the map. 3 of which are near The Abydonians cties.

I cannot do any of these things. So any help would be appreciated


Okay everyone that is what I have so far for this scenario. Tell me what you think. Oh and sorry I don’t know who created everything yet. Ill find out soon. And this scenario will wait until the Jaffa unit is released before it is even thought about releasing it. Even though it is playable.

I can do both of these for you...no problem...they are half done from the SG-1 scenario...just add the new stuff you are using...

The LH I used for Gerak, isnt all there(notice that Alex appears in Foreign Advisor screen)

Ok, now my thoughts...
Why would there be a Humm Vee?...SGC doesnt een have access to them...they use Navigators(Lincoln) in the event that they need a car
I would suggest a "beast of burden" like Daniel found in the movie...(also Humm vees would be impossible to drive in the powdery sand)

Ra had Horus guards, Serpent guards didnt come out until the TV show...
until then the only other one was Apophisis' first prime, who took the head of a Jackyl(Anubis guards)

Abydos isnt 100% desert...there are many caves, suggesting mountains...
also there are cliffs(remember when they go back in time, there are a series of "rock shelves")
 
okay spacer. quinzy has offered to do the units 32. and the jaffa cannon BMP TO FLC for me but the buildinbgs are still needed.

umm. ya i noticed that with the leaderhead but for now its okay.

The humvee is in now for purposes to equal out forces. but it can/wil be changed

about the serpant guards this scen takes place pretty much after the movie and before the series. And since it is apophis i used serpant guard becaus eit is all that i was aware that he controlled. even though it looks more like an anubic warrior. I was unaware of the cliffs/rock ledges but now that u mention it i remember that episode. But caves idont rember any reference to them. but i will be sure to wathc again to notice.
 
Dude...where Shar'ee(sp?) takes Daniel to show him the writing...is in a cave...
remember when he draws in the sand and she acts all afraid,,,then she takes him to some cave and shows him the writings on the walls...

Also, remember where they parked the "gateship" time machine...It was in a crater, or along a short cliff face...
