I say go elephants! Looks like a central location so there should be someone else nearby to attack. Also, elephants are cool - and so are war elephants! And finally, it's kinda nice to have a resource that gets a buff at the same time as your UB turn up! :)

The salt one seems great for tradition (if you can swallow no early wonders). But elephant one is the most intriguing. You have little food, but enough production to pull off Pyramids, and then go Authority, War Elephants, with two free settlers, you don't have to waste time and population making settlers. You can even go Ogma or Mannanan rather than Rhiannon depending on what other cities location will be.

Do I not need to go for Stonehenge for religion reasons?

Founding on Immortal as Celts shouldn't be too hard. Just make enough Picts early to kill barbs quick (or something else), get your Pantheon early and then rock the free 3f/city. Doing it on only 3 cities from Pyramids/Authority could be a little bit tight if you don't kill a lot with Picts or have Faith from the Forest/Jungle pantheon or something. I think Stonehenge is actually a bad choice, Celts should almost always do Mining first, and if they don't get Pyramids would usually want Pottery second.

One thing to be especially aware of is building a raw Warrior and upgrading to a Pict, this is often really convenient in terms of the resource split it uses and can really get them out for fighting faster (plus if you have a Rax it lets them get full XP as opposed to half from full buying.) There were some comments in another thread earlier about opening with Warrior/Mining into upgrade even, though you'd have to work to get an invested Monument out while doing the Pyramids somehow.

I actually like the salt start but it's slower than the rest since your initial settler location is surrounded by nothing but 2 food flat grasslands, it gets better later on but it's very painful to start with.
Honestly the dyes start seem better to me than the elephant start but i would not touch this as the celts with a 10 feet long stick, it's obnoxiously slow and i would gladly take it as pretty much any civ but the celts.
The elephant start is not that amazing since the Southern and the eastern parts seem to be uninhabitable plain desert and fighting in the western and northern jungles as the celts does not seem to be a good idea but compared to the other two it's the better one if you intend to go Rhiannon w/ progress or authority.
