We do not wish to risk our diplomats being sent into territory from which we do not know that they will come back alive. We have no guarantee that you won't send them to some other camps that are relief camps for the homeless where the people are treated with utmost care instead of the real relocation camps, anyways. This does not mean that we will not send them in the near future just to make sure that our convictions are false or true. It is just a precaution that we are taking, because we are unsure of how you and your people will feel towards our diplomats.

QUEBEC

The people of Quebec needed to be split into only 3 racial groups. One would have full rights, while the other would have no rights and would be taken prisoner or put on a concentration camp. Poland had a problem with these concentrattion camps, although it was none of their bussiness and they were across the entire sea. The people of Quebec and the FNA started to burn polish flags, until the leader told the people it was disrespectful and should stop. And the people listened.

The economy was dwindling though, and it was always needed to be in good shape for a war, considering all the money spent during one. Not that the Quebecians are going to war, and definitly not overseas, but it would be good to have it up. So, the people began making shops and small businesses to try to jack up the economy so the whole nation would do better.

Peace in the Americas!! Shortly after the emperor of Japan was found dead of a heart attack in his palace in Kyoto, diplomats set to work trying to contain the inevitable revolts. Thier first step was to hand over Japanese Canada to California, and giving Japanese Alaska too Hawaii.

The Peace was short lived, however. Less then a month later, Michquelask (formerly Quebec) invaded California with a full force surprise invasion. Most of the invasion was in the north, where the Michquelaskians bowled through several defensive lines, nearly reaching the newly annexed lands of California.

The FNA, the Netherlands, and the Danes now have fuedal knowledge.

Expansion boom in South America!! With the revival of the Hawaiin Empire, and several countries knowledge of fuedalism, colonies size in South America have nearly doubled in size. The leading colony is of course, the Hawaiin one.

Growing famine problems are exstinguished in Germany as Polish food convoys arrive just in time.

In Germany's place, Yalta has risen as the top economic powerhouse of the world. It has many trade routes, and its economy is based on trade. Many predict a huge rise in spending......

In France, a small revolution has broken out in the Southern Areas. It inst very large, but should probably be taken care of quickly.

In Ethiopia, the army has collapsed and fled in the Western section. In the East, the army has fallen back on the Somalian Line, hoping it holds up long enough for Phoenicia too be drained of the manpower required to take the rest.

Oman has turned the war in the middle-east on its side. With help from Mughal armies and lack of command on the Phoenician side, Oman has advanced INTO Phoenicia's Red Sea Coast. They are not burning or looting anything, instead marching peacefully as they can.

Greatest Empire of the world, Mongolia, has collapsed!! Shortly after the death of Temujin, many factions began fighting for control, and indendance. In Central Asia, it meant the rebirth of the Uzbek Clan, but as a weak shell of its former self in military might. In the North, many tribes including the Muscovites, Suzdal, and the Golden Horde have been created. In the east, North Korea grabbed a chunk of land before Sibir was formed. Mongolia itself, headed by the inefficiant Kun Khan is much smaller and weaker then it was in its old glory days. It seems for now that much of Asia in chaos. (erez, I need to talk to you on AIM)

Japan is also in chaos. Several revolts in Taiwan and the Phillipines has involved most of Japans army. This allowed North Korea to launch a quick strike against Japanese held South Korea.

In South East Asia, the bloodiest war in history has ended after Siam granted the Southern half of Singapore to the Perthians.

As the old rulers of the world have thier empires crumble almost simultaneously, a new empire has been awoken. Renamed to a more prestige Hawaiin Confederation of Pacifica, they began a huge spending spree, updating the sizes of thier navy and army. New alliances with Perth were began, and old ones with Japan were reactivated. Hawaii is back!!
