We find it surprising that one of our closest and most trusted allies is named in "The Vanguard Alliance". We expect it to be some sort of a mistake, are we right?

We call you, our allies, to help us defend our soil before the evil Phoenicia and it's allies have run over the entire Europe.

The musty room was barely illuminated, to prevent any spies from knowing of its highranking visitors. The great leaders of the Anti-Phoenician Alliances, or simply "Allies", had assembled to plan the great campaign against the Twin Kingdoms.

London, being the most readily available location for assembly of the great leaders of the Allies, with exception of Michaelask, was chosen to begin preparation of the coming Great War.

After a long meeting, the gathering began to come to an end. Only a few matters remained. Finmaster of the FNA broached the first matter into mind.

"What of the proclaimed list of allies the Phonecian government has published? I know it is ridiculous that Denmark should ever join with them, but does the same go for the rest?" Finmaster said.

"HA!" exclaimed King Erez of the Netherlands, "The Phonecians are lying. Neither Africa or the Golden Horde have any love for them."

General Andyrus grinned at this, and then sobered as he introduced the final, most important topic. "All of us assembled know what we must do to fight the Phonecians, but do we have the fortitude to fight this war to the end, whatever end it may be? The German people are ready to fight to the very last to mantain our indpendence and will fight with whatever means nessacary."

"The FNA is ready," said Finmaster with confidence.

"The Netherlands has never been more ready," agreed King Erez.

"We too are ready to fight the Twin Kingdoms," said Prime Minister Emu of France.

"Then it is settled," said Finmaster,"We shall not make peace until all of us agree to it."

Giving a wolflike grin, Andyrus said, "Let the games begin."

All infantry in army is to be equiped with the following description of the new infantry weapon:

It is a crossbow, but with a 1 1/2 foot blade in the front, below where the bolt is fired from. handles shall be made in the middle of the bow, but do not interfere with the firing. This allows the bow to be used as a sword, pike, or bow, creating an all purpose army. They are better on both attack and defense, and are near invincable against cavalry.

MICHQUELASK

His name was Jack Turner. He had trained for overseas war in Camp Detroit as a Mercernaire. He was ready to fight over in Phoenicia. He knew that he and his troops could win. They had trained. And now it was time to win. This is what it would be like to be in these camps.

Basic training was an important part of every soldier’s preparation for going overseas. It provided them with skills in whichever field they were involved in and gave a great deal of fitness training to new recruits. In Michquelask the Michquelaskian Officers Training Corps was in charge of preparing recruits for their mission abroad as well as to life in the military.

The largest training camp in Michquelask was constructed in 160 AD at Detroit, Michquelask. It was hurriedly built in two weeks to accommodate the influx of volunteers. Within two weeks plumbing had been installed, electricity was available, and drainage had been built. Only weeks after Michquelask joined the First World War, 32,000 men arrived at Detroit Camp to receive training.

Although the camp was intended as a training center, most of the new soldiers time was spent getting organised. The overwhelming number of new recruits had to be sorted into groups which took up much of the time allotted for preparation. However much was done to get the men prepared for the battle they would join in only a few months’ time. The following is an actual list of the soldiers’ activities for training at the time just before the Vimy Ridege offensive:

The Emperor Caliguis viewed the expansion of the Empire of Hawaii with great anticipation. The peoples of the Pacific Ocean were united under the banner of the Hawaiian state. All were citizens of the great islands.
