While I would not call myself the "winner", I would certainly win the "rags to riches" award. I took Muscovy, the tiny little yellow semicircle on the map that I couldn't even identify, and by the skillful application of warfare and diplomacy, built it into an economic and military giant with one of the largest land areas of any country in the game. I would say that either Phoenicia, FNA, or Hawaii should be the "winner." Or perhaps different titles, such as:

Most Over-Rated Military: Phoenicia (LMSW)
Best Agressor: FNA (Finmaster)
Best Diplomat/Best Trader: Either Yalta (Plexus) or FNA (Finmaster)
